Your generous donation brings us closer to the end of AIDS! Thank you! Housing Works will send you a validated tax receipt for your records once your donations have been processed. Donations to Housing Works are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Proceeds: Design on a Dime Miami supports Housing Works' AIDS-FREE USA 2025 Campaign in collaboration with South Florida partners.  #AIDSFreeUSA2025 

Key Dates: 
  • January 2, 2019 - Storage facility open to accept merchandise
  • January 11, 2019 - Print deadline; donors must complete this form to be included in the program
  • January 25, 2019 - Form deadline. Storage deadline; facility will stop accepting product at 3:30PM
  • February 1, 2019 - Chairman's Preview 
  • February 2, 2019 - Opening Night Reception
  • February 3, 2019 - Public sale days
Recognition: As a donor, you or your company will be listed in the following...
  • “Brands/Donors” section of our Design on a Dime webpage w/hyperlink (if applicable) 
  • Event brochures (1000 prints) 
  • Event welcome-board at entrance of the Moore Building 
  • Additionally, social media postings which tag Housing Works or with the hashtag #DOADMIA19 will be considered for retweet, re-gram or repost by Housing Works.
Note: Housing Works will price merchandise for sale at the event at 50%-80% percent off retail, MSRP or fair market value listed below.

Photo/image uploads for donations items listed below are optional but we highly encourage you to upload photos.These images will help us match and confirm donations received at the warehouse and onsite. Please make sure item number and photo number correlate i.e. Item 1 description matches photo 1 upload.

Additionally, photos are great for press!
FOR PR & Social Media CONSIDERATION, please upload photos with a minimum 75dpi for web quality images and a 300dpi for print quality images.

Shipping & Delivery

Please indicate that a signature is required for all deliveries.  All boxes must have the Design on a Dime Miami event label attached.

The Kushner Moving Group warehouse is open Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM for all in-bound shipments, closed for lunch between Noon & 1:00 PM.  Please instruct all vendors & shipping companies to provide at least 24 hours advance notice to the impending delivery, as well as give a courtesy call 1 hour in-advance of delivery, so that a loading dock & Kushner Moving Group staff can be made available to receive & inspect product.
