Thank you for your generous donation! 
When you donate apparel, accessories and other merchandise to be featured and sold during Fashion for Action, you and your company will help us to reach our goal of raising $500,000 to support our mission. Your generosity will help us to provide lifesaving health, housing, and advocacy services to New Yorkers living with or affected by HIV/ AIDS. 

Key Deadlines: 
  • Monday, October 15, 2018 - In order to be included in the program, this form must be completed by 5PM.
  • Friday, October 26, 2018 - In order to process your donation in time for the event, all merchandise must arrive at our warehouse by this date.  
Donors will receive a tax donation receipt and will be recognized online and in the event program.

*If your donation was requested by a Closet Curator, please be sure to to enter their name in the Closet Curator section on the Fashion for Action shipping label

Warehouse Deliveries:  *Please arrange shipments to require a signature upon delivery. All boxes (pickup or delivery) must have Fashion for Action Event Label attached.
Housing Works Warehouse          Warehouse can receive trucks up to 24 feet.
C/O Fashion for Action                Bay height: 38 inches (This is important for unloading.)

*Please note that Housing Works can only arrange donation pickup in NYC; appointments are scheduled Mondays-Fridays with a 4-hour time window.
